Honey Garlic

Great as an immune booster

Take a glass mason jar, and fill it with peeled cloves of garlic. You can cut them in half if desired. Fill the jar with raw honey. Screw on lid but keep it loose and let it sit for at least 2 weeks, be sure to “gas” the jar at least once a day and invert the jar once or twice a day. After the 2 weeks, it won’t build up the gas any longer.

The longer it sits the better it will be and more immune fighting properties it will have.


You can also add no more than 50% of apple cider vinegar and have a tasty salad dressing.
