We will meet for 1.5 hours and just chat. I'll learn more about you and what your food goals are. We will talk about first steps and formulate a plan for success. You'll leave that first appointment with a list of Brands I use myself and a Standard Suggestions list to get you started. $125.
Follow Up Visit
We'll continue talking and tweaking your experience. If you're ready, you'll leave with an Advanced Suggestion list.

Recipes Reviewed
You can bring me up to 10 of your favorite recipes you make at home and I will make them healthier without sacrificing the flavor. $40
Let's Do This Shopping Trip
Let's go to the grocery store. Going to the store with a new way to eat can be very stressful. Let me help. We'll shop together for up to 1.5 hours. I'll help you find better options of the brands you love. I'll send you a written report of the brands you like vs the better brand we found. I will travel to any store you choose within 10 minutes of Lancaster or Heath. Extra mileage may apply for further distances. $150
I'm All In Package
4 months of follow up visits every 2 weeks for 30 minutes each. I will review up to 10 of your recipes and the Let's Do This shopping trip for $700 for a $90 savings.
I've Got This Package
3 months of follow up visits every 3 weeks for 30 minutes each. I will review up to 10 of your recipes and Let's Do This Shopping Trip. $440 for a $50 savings.
Go Getter Package
3 visits in 3 months for 30 minutes each. I will review up to 10 of your recipes. This is for the Go Getter that doesn't need a lot of direction. $235 for a $30 savings.
Saturday appointments are available upon request, video or in person. Please call or use the contact form below for availability. Wednesday appointments are available in person at Comfrey Corner at 621 S 30th St Heath from 10am - 6pm. Thursday and Friday appointments are over Video visits (Teleport) from 8am-7pm.
